Pre Wedding Questionnaires

I cannot believe we are here already... It’s almost time to get married!!

We have 2 questionnaires to fill out, the first one is super important for me having the contact information I need and the second one is to align your vision with me.

Both are vital for getting the most out your wedding photos, so please fill them out thoroughly and we will go over it together during your pre wedding consultation.

During your consultation to come, we will also run through the wedding day timeline finalise your group photo list, and go through any questions you may have relating to this form.

Remember, the questions in the alignment section are not a test, don't overthink it! This is to help me get to know you better so that I can really bring out the best in you for your most special day.

Family Relationships: We don't all get along and sometimes people don't want to be next to close to each other in photos. If there are any extenuating circumstances in your family, please let me know so I can be sensitive to them.

Other Vendors: Tagging other suppliers / vendors in my social media posts not only gives them the credit they deserve, but also helps me connect within the industry! Please list as many of the instagram handles that you can think of
